"Waiting On" Wednesday: The Next Always

Hosted by Jill at Breaking the Spine
"Waiting On" Wednesday is a bookish meme where were share upcoming releases that we are waiting on.

The Next Always
By Nora Roberts
Published by Berkley Trade
Expected Release Date 11/1/11

From Goodreads:

The launch of a new Nora Roberts romance series always raised pulse-raising possibilities, but the first of her Inn Boonsboro trilogy is a pleasure onto itself. At its center are Beckett Montgomery, an architect with ambitious plans and a longstanding crush, and Clare Brewster, a young widow bookstore owner who has returned to her hometown. Roberts places readers inside the crosscurrents of small-town America, showing us how relationships evolve and hit speed bumps. With its French-flap cover, an attractive paperback original; also in NOOK Book.

I loved the Bride Quartet. The characters and the setting really made the book, even more so than the plot. It was more a slice of life type book with characters that you wish were your friends. I hope that this series is the same; the cozy romance read that lets me just enjoy the world that Nora Roberts creates without trying to figure something out. It's a nice change of pace and I'm looking forward to it!

What are you waiting for?

  6. Oh, I'm very excited about this one! It promises to be wonderful, doesn't it? I have the Bride's Quartet sitting on a shelf in my bedroom and haven't started it yet. It seems so daunting to have them all to read....alas.

But maybe I'll first start fresh with a new series (or trilogy). Love that name: Inn Boonsboro.

    Thanks for sharing!
